Home Made Energy

The skyrocketing cost of energy is leading a lot of clients to look toward home made power for their energy wants. There are a number of home-made energy possibilities, built maybe the most viable ones seem to be wind energy and solar electricity. Wind Power is more of a supplement to standard energy resources as it is dependent on weather conditions and does not generate huge amounts of energy, actually not enough to run a modern household. Solar electricity on the other hand can make up a big part of your energy needs.

The process was amazingly straight forward, using materials you can find in any hardware store. Initially I worked on smaller projects, powering my laptop and some tiny appliances, then I progressed on to powering the lighting in my workshop and I have since taken on more projects. With gurus touting an 80% reduction in your energy bill I am not quite there yet, but operating about fifty percent solar I am looking towards saving thousands of bucks every year of our house's energy bill. As a side-effect of my new home made energy system I am now making a nice little amount of cash selling my excess power back to the power company.

Building your own DIY solar energy system is a fun and rewarding project, that may not only save your money but help the environment as well.

Because of my increased costs of living, I chose to go in search for a method to produce my personal energy for my home, and ultimately finished up using the Homemade Energy system by Bill Ford. It has taught me a way to build some home made energy devices that have reduced my electricity bills by over 60%.

What Are The Different types of Energy You Can Produce With The Home-made Energy System?

2. Solar power has been terribly trustworthy for me, and never fails to work on any day when there is abundant sunlight outside. This system needs you to have solar energy panels to convert the sunlight into an electric current, a storage of batteries to store this, a charge controller for regulating the current plus an inverter to make the voltage to generate power.

The Home-made Energy guide contains step by step instructions and diagrams that show very clearly how to build this system.

Wind energy systems are particularly powerful for homes who live in areas where wind current is regularly available.

This guide has provided me with a plethora of information about alternative energy systems and the way to build them myself, and is highly commended for anyone who wishes to build them too.      for more infomotion
